Justice Markman has begun scheduling interviews.
Does anybody know if it is too late to apply to the Michigan Supreme Court?
I got my rejection letter from Markman the other day. He said he filled the spot.
What's the deal with the prehearing attorney position for the court of appeals? Is it worth it?
I have heard that the prehearing attorney position at the Court of Appeals is not a fun job to have. However, I know that at least one Mich. S. Ct. justice hires only clerks that come from the court of appeals prehearing department.
can you expand on the prehearing attorney position comment? What do you mean by not fun to have...
