Rivera-Soto Cuff Sabatino Contillo Wefing Weissbard (but he is retiring in Jan. 2008)
There are, however, judges that are still interviewing, both in trial and appellate, and some judges I interviewed with weeks ago, who are still mulling things over.
I will say this: consider what you're really looking for. Do you want an Ivory tower clerkship where no one disturbs you and you spend hours on end bluebooking? go for appellate div. You like to see proceedings, and network and talk to people and contemplate litigation strategies? go to the trial court. Consider where you feel best suited. That's my best advice...
I wouldn't say you spend hours on end bluebooking in an appellate clerkship. A lot of the job entails research and writing; appellate clerks are given the opportunity to learn a great deal about various areas of New Jersey law, from family law to chancery practice, from civil to criminal. No need to denigrate the position just because you don't feel it suits you.

Anybody heard yet? I haven't.
Justices Albin and LaVecchia have started interviewing.
I don't think the App. Div. has started yet.
The App. Div. has most certainly started. Some have already hired/made offers. A number have scheduled most of their interviews already.
How do you know this? Seems pretty early to be almost done with the process.

Anyone familiar with the salary of the Monmouth county prosecutor's office clerkship? Apparently they have a law clerk department.
