Is it likely that some judges will wait until next week to call, or have most already scheduled interviews? Many hiring judges have not been mentioned here.

Note from Adams (MD FL) saying no openings until 2008. Polite ding? I'd called his chambers in March and they said he'd be hiring.
Marra called today to schedule interviews for next week.

Has anyone heard from Mickle, I received a letter from him that must have been a form letter saying that my credentials were great, and that he would make interview selections during late October. But has anyone heard anything from him?
Where did Moreno hire from?

a 3rd party opinion on the person who said form letter = no ---> that is NOT true ---> I got a form letter from a judge such as the one he or she described and then did get a call at the prescribed time for an interview. Form letters are usually just a nicety to all the app was received, especially if there will be a delay in scheduleding interviews....

Spaulding has interviewed at least some candidates - but she may be moving to Fort Myers if confirmed to the District Court, and is waiting until she knows before making any decisions.
Oops, that's Morales in Jacksonville, not Spaulding in Orlando. Sorry.

Altonaga had two positions, one for fall 2007 and one for feb 2008. she filled the fall 2007 position a couple of weeks ago but was still looking to fill the feb 08 position last i heard.
How many clerkship spots did Judge Marcia Morales Howard have available at the beginning of the process?
One position at the beginning - will hire another if confirmed.
