Sorry, I'm new to this lingo. What does it mean that so-and-so has called?
"called" means that the judge's clerk or secretary called to schedule an interview. The implication being that if you have not received a call yet you probably will not be getting one from that judge--though not always.
Batten has interviewed and should give an offer by tomorrow.

Well, I have to say that I wasn't called, but the Georgia judges (by far) offer the best rejection letters around. :) I actually felt good about myself after reading them.
Sands was not accepting apps. I don't remember why--he may have gone early.
O'Kelley is emailing.
Duffey only hires applicants with >4 years experience.

both Batten and Camp are listed as still accpeting apps in OSCAR - leads me to think neither are doen - are we sure they are done??

Moore has hired his one clerk for 2007-2009. He does a two-year clerkship, so each year he only hires one.
Anyone know anything about Judge Lisa Wood (recently confirmed) in the southern district?
Judge Wood hired a Mercer grad. Not sure how many other hires she made.
