Has anyone been contacted by any D. Minn. Judges to set up interviews yet?
Doty emailed me at 8:18 this morning saying that he would not be extending me an invitation to interview.
Got the same email from Doty, have to give him credit for a quick response, even if it was not the one I was hoping for.
A friend and I both got the same email from Doty.
Has anyone heard from Montgomery, Erickson or Lay?
No news, either way, from Montgomery or Erickson. Magistrate Noel did send an email confirming that he received the app. and that he would contact within next week or two if selected to interview.
i heard that montgomery isn't interviewing for a couple months... no idea on erickson
as of 9/19, montogomery will not be interviewing for a month or 2; ericksen was just starting to review resumes; noel is interviewing
Did Doty hire for his one spot? Where from?
per FLCIS, Doty is done.
Doty hired from Minnesota.
Does anyone know anything about Chief Magistrate Judge Raymond Erickson?
Chief Magistrate Judge Erickson is interviewing 7 or 8 UofMN students next Wed., Oct. 4. Beyond the UofM interviews, I do not know what his interviewing plans are, if any.

Has Judge Noel hired yet?
Noel said he would make a decision by mid October. He already interviewed though.
Ericksen is done per FLCIS as of today.
Is there anyone out there that knows about Judge Joan Ericksen's interviewing? Last I heard, she was still reviewing apps but had not done any interviewing yet.
J. Erickson hired someone on Friday.

Called Montgomery's chambers yesterday. She still has not reviewed apps and does not expect to being interviewing for possibly another month.
J. Erickson hired from Minnesota
I was going to be in Minneapolis on Monday for an interview with a large MSP law firm, so I called Noel's chambers and they confirmed he has hired for 2007.
J. Montgomery is calling, setting up interviews for next week.
Anyone know where Noel hired from, or any other info on him?

Montgomery interviews everyone before deciding. Decision probably around Thanksgiving.
