Chief Judge Babcock is done
Miller is done.
The Magistrate Judges already have career law clerks.
Any word on Nottingham?
Daniel is done
Nottingham is no longer accepting applications in OSCAR which may be a sign that he is done (this has been true for other judges I applied to).
can anyone confirm Nottingham is done?
Not all the magistrate judges have career law clerks; Hegarty's current clerk is halfway through his two-year clerkship, and told me Hegarty will be hiring next year for a 2008-2010 clerk.
Yes, Nottingham is done.
Does anyone know anything about Matsch?
When I called Matsch's chambers, they said he had career clerks.
Judge Miller just posted last week for a temporary position that is available immediately and could become permanent. The deadline is in October.
Very nice site! ยป
