Might be time to call chambers and see where the judges are at that we have not heard anything from.

Conrad (WDNC) has sent emails today to see if applicants are still interested. Not sure if they went out to everyone or just people that he might be thinking of interviewing.
Boyle update anyone?
Boyle was sending out a supplementary application form last week, from what I hear.
I got the email from Conrad's clerk too. Did anyone apply to Conrad and not get the email?
Charlotte judges don't hire very many clerks, as many of them are on senior status and have career clerks. Keep your eyes open for new appointments. Also, two new judges just got nominated for teh MDNC....Osteen Jr is one, I can't remember the other. I'm sure they'll accept apps. Thornburg sits in Asheville, by the way.
Stocks & Waldrep (MDNC) have made all their calls. Carruthers (Bankr. MDNC) has hired. Leonard (Bankr. EDNC) has hired at least 1.
Sam Wilson (WD Va) has hired both of his clerks.

if any of Osteen or Tilley's clerks read this board, if they are done, could you have their admins update OSCAR to show that they are no longer accepting apps.
Has Judge Whitney hired clerks for 2007 yet?
Got a rejection from Whitney today.
Judge Whitney sent out interview letters last Thursday, for interviews at the end of the month.
Seriously, if Osteen and Tilley are done, could someone change their status in OSCAR in the AO's office.....
