Got an email from Judge Browning indicating that he's just starting to review applications. I'm already committed for next year, but thought I'd atleast pass that along to anyone else that's interested
thanks also, though OSCAR says that his clerkship is filled. maybe an error on OSCAR?
I'm not sure why OSCAR says Judge Browning is done. The email requested a response regarding whether I (all those who applied?)was still interested in being considered.

I called chambers: she's on a panel Feb. 12-16 and again sometime in March. Her assistant wasn't sure when J. Rawlinson would call. She has, acc'd to assistant, been reviewing apps since Jan.

she has hired in very late March and April for the last four years. Not totally sure when she contacts. (I think mid-March.)

I believe he has hired already. he starts on the CA9 on 3/19. perhaps, he's taking his current clerks with him.

My understanding is that Judge Rawlinson is conducting interviews through April 12 and will extend offers after that time.
Does anyone know how many people Judge Rawlinson interviews for her spots?
I was initially told she (Judge Rawlinson) was interviewing eight people for three spots, but that came with the disclaimer that she might interview more. I'm fairly certain she will be interviewing more (maybe as many as 12).

How does one find out which judges do and don't follow the hiring plan? I'm aware of OSCAR, but it seems many judges aren't listed on it.

For what it's worth, FLCIS says that Paez is still hiring.
There is no listing for Pregerson, but he may still be hiring.
FLCIS also says that Fernandez has no available slots for 08-09.
