The word is that this Court is recalling two retired judges, Ivers and Farley, and that they are or will soon be interviewing for immediate law clerk openings.
Does anyone know if these judges are accepting applications for clerks for the '07 term?
yes - I think they are accepting applications for clerks who can begin working in December '06. It might be listed on usajobs
