Judge Tatel hired one clerk, a graduate of Columbia, earlier this summer. He follows the clerkship hiring plan for scheduling interviews with current students.
I'm assuming the DC Circuit judges are all done with hiring, but I haven't heard specifically about Henderson, Kavanaugh, Sentelle, or Silberman. Can anyone confirm for sure that they're done?

Any idea when Tatel hired his clerk? Have any judges on the DC Circuit been scheduling interviews in the last few weeks?
