If you want to get a jump on judges that are not yet confirmed, confirmthem.com predicts that Jerome Holmes and Neil Gorsuch will be confirmed tomorrow.
Hartz is interviewing, McKay says he will not hire until next March.
Kelly is interviewing.
Ebel is done
Murphy is done.
Hartz has hired three clerks, and plans to hire the fourth after interviewing during the fall interview period.
Gorsuch is hiring for both 2006-07 and 2007-08. He is not following the hiring plan.

I believe Tacha has finished hiring.
Gorsuch has hired 2 out of 4 clerks. He has 2 spots open for which he has already interviewed 4 people. I do not believe that he intends to interview any more.

I'll bet Baldock is done by now. I interviewed with him in mid-August and he had already hired one out of two clerks by then. He told me it would be about a month before he made his other decision.
